PRIVACY AND SECURITY AGREEMENT

This family media sharing service is provided for sharing photos and videos of family members with trusted friends and relatives only.

By accepting these terms, you agree to:

1. PRIVACY RESPECT
   - All media shared here contains private family moments
   - You will NOT share, forward, download, screenshot, or photograph any content
   - Content must not be used for any purpose outside of viewing within this app

2. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
   - Do not attempt to bypass security measures
   - Do not use screen recording or capture software
   - Do not photograph or video record the screen
   - Respect the privacy of all family members depicted

3. CONSEQUENCES
   - All access is logged and monitored
   - Violations will result in immediate account termination
   - The family administrator will be notified of all suspicious activity
   - Legal action may be pursued for serious violations

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
   - Special protection is given to images of minors
   - Any attempt to capture images of children will result in immediate expulsion
